STEP-UPS

If you’re looking for a cardio workout, this exercise will provide everything you need in order to reach your goal. Find a platform higher than your knees, or if you’re new to working out, you can try with a lower platform. Step on it with one food and raise your body up, bring the other knee as high as you can before stepping down. You can always add a little weight to make the exercise more efficient.

REAR LEG LIFTS

Kneel on your forearms and knees, next, lift one leg off the floor and push it towards the ceiling . Then bring the leg down and switch up the movement with the other one. If you add some ankle weights, the exercise will become tougher.

BRIDGES

Lie on your back with your feet on the floor and knees pointed upwards. Then simply raise your butt towards the celling, but keep your shoulders, feet and head touching the floor. Push your hips as high as you can and squeeze your glutes in your highest form. When you “master” this exercise, you can straighten one leg and push one leg at a time.

FIRE HYDRANTS

Start by kneeling and raising one leg to the side while keeping a 90 degree angle with your knee. After a few moments, change the leg. This exercise will improve your mobility, strengthen your glutes and improve the placement of your hips. COSSACK LUNGES
